Dieulanie Claude, Interim Executive Director

Dieulanie Claude, a seasoned business, marketing and communications professional, has assumed the role of Executive Director at St. Lucie Cultural Alliance. Having previously served as the organization’s Communications Manager, Dieulanie returned in March 2023 as Interim Executive Director, a position she skillfully navigated until being officially appointed as Executive Director by the Cultural Alliance board in February 2024.

Her steadfast dedication to excellence and passion for creativity and communication has consistently shaped her professional journey. With a robust educational background, she earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Graphic Design Technology, follows by a Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media: Graphic Design and Visual Communication. Her commitment to excellence is further underscored by the attainment of an MBA in Marketing.

Drawing from a rich tapestry of experiences, Dieulanie brings a wealth of expertise garnered from her tenure in nonprofit, international and national companies, as well as roles within the government sector.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Dieulanie’s interests span a wide spectrum, from her passion for cinema to her background in modeling and theater performance. Her affinity for drawing during her formative years ultimately culminated in her pursuit of a graphic design degree.

Her intellectual curiosity extends to diverse subjects, including philosophy, psychology, law, and religion, reflecting a well-rounded and insightful perspective that enhances her ability to connect with diverse individuals from various backgrounds, enriching her leadership approach.

Dieulanie’s impact on the organization has been profound. During her initial tenure, she spearheaded online campaigns such as #KeepArtAlive and the kids’ art contest, Young Hearts to Art, navigating the challenges posed by the pandemic with resilience and innovation. Upon her return, she orchestrated the successful launch of a 10-show concert series, Levitt AMP Fort Pierce, and played a pivotal role in curating other engaging events and activities. Through her collaborative leadership style, Dieulanie has fostered an inclusive, innovative, and goal-driven environment, positively shaping the organizational culture of the St. Lucie Cultural Alliance.

Reflecting on her return to the St. Lucie Cultural Alliance, Dieulanie expresses her enthusiasm for the future of the arts community in St. Lucie County. She is deeply committed to serving local artists and organizations, leveraging her expertise to implement initiatives that enhance the county’s quality of life.
