Arlene Conklin - I moved to Florida 55 years ago when my husband and I worked at the Kennedy Space Center. When we lived in south Florida we loved going to the islands and the Florida Keys. We lived in the Keys 14 years and now in Port St. Lucie. I fell in love with tropical living, fish and plants. I saw a Mahi fish at a art shop made out of palm fronds. I started making them, people liked them and would ask if I could make other fish, turtles and crabs etc. People like them since they are repurposed from our trees. I enjoy creating and seeing the potential fish etc. also started to make things with shells and sea glass. Voila!!!...By the Sea.
