Being a multi-talented, multi-media using, multi-art man comes natural for Bezo. Indulging in art all his life, he uses his given craft/skill to create multiple different forms of visual beauty. As a part time tattoo artist as well as painter, Bezo expresses his talents both on and off paper. He travels to tattoo but in his down time he paints, draws and creates masterpieces while also teaching his children art. As the kid who got in trouble for drawing and doodling on everything in class, Bezo’s journey to tattooing began with his love and natural god given talent for art. Born and raised in Baltimore, MD, Bezo was asked to do renderings for various projects for the City of Baltimore at the age of 15.
By the end of high school he had filled dozens of sketch books with all sort of drawings from pencil to charcoal, still-life to graffiti. As he got older Bezo moved into different mediums of art such as spray painting & screen printing and by his twenties he was working in computer graphics for the local NBC news station (WBAL-TV 11). In his spare time Bezo always skateboarded and with the skateboard and art cultures being like first cousins, Bezo was always around other talented artists, athletes and musicians. It wasn’t long til he was taken under the wing of an established tattoo artist from Baltimore, MD and began tattooing his drawings on pig skin and close friends. From there the rest is history.
Bezo has been free-lancing his talents for over 14 years as well as worked in and helped launch four different tattoo shops including Body Mod by Painful Pleasures, Little Vinnies West Side Tattoos, Bulls Bodyshop and Liberty Tattoos. Always keeping in mind his children, Bezo has used his artistic abilities to maintain life. “Once I realized I had the freedom to impact people for life with art, I was able to use my creativity and ideas along with others wants to create lifetime art.” Some of his personal influences are but not limited to, Vinnie Myers, Matt Presti, Aaron Cain, Jeff Loew, Boog Brown, Chris Nuenez and Charles Freeland.
