Brandon Nobile is the COO of Remnant Construction, a renowned construction management, design-build, and general contracting firm based in Fort Pierce. His journey into the construction industry began with a job opportunity, where he discovered his natural aptitude for the field. Fascinated by architectural design and historic buildings, Brandon’s passion led him to diverse projects, including the historic renovation of a 1915 building, with additions in 1924 and 1926, that is today called Creative Arts Academy of St. Lucie (C.A.S.T.) on Delaware Avenue in Fort Pierce, now a K-8 magnet school.
Brandon’s appreciation for older structures is reflected in his choice of environments. He lives in a home built in 1920 located in the historic Oakland Park neighborhood, just south of Delaware Avenue, with 150- and 200-year-old oak trees shading the landscape. And, Remnant Construction is housed in a building that dates to 1940.
Additionally, Brandon is deeply involved in various local nonprofits, serving or having served on the boards of organizations like the St. Lucie Education Foundation and Guardians For New Futures. His commitment to community development extends to advocacy for public art and cultural enrichment as a member of Art in Public Places Committee.
Joining the St. Lucie County Cultural Alliance board in January 2022, Brandon swiftly rose to the position of Vice-Chair before being elected Chair in January 2024. He views the board’s role as providing guidance and support to the Executive Director and staff, facilitating the realization of innovative ideas.
Recognizing the transformative power of art in community revitalization, Brandon champions initiatives that integrate art into public spaces, fostering inclusivity and engagement. Through strategic partnerships, such as connecting the St. Lucie Cultural Alliance with the St. Lucie Education Foundation, Brandon drives projects that blend art with environmental education, benefitting schools and communities alike.
For Brandon, art serves as a catalyst for community cohesion and economic empowerment. He envisions a vibrant arts community in downtown Fort Pierce and throughout the county, believing that art has the capacity to strengthen social bonds and inspire creativity.
In assuming the role of Board Chairman for the St. Lucie County Cultural Alliance, Brandon expresses his deep sense of honor and enthusiasm. He looks forward to collaborating with the Alliance’s dedicated team to cultivate a diverse cultural landscape that fosters unity and creativity, enriching the lives of all community members.
