Bio
Dr. Lanjiabao Ge, NCTM, is an award-winning pianist and dedicated educator, celebrated for her artistry and versatility on the concert stage. She has performed at prestigious venues including Carnegie Hall, the Steinway Piano Gallery, and the Kennedy Center, and is a prizewinner of numerous international competitions such as the MTNA Young Artist Performance Competition, Paderewski International Piano Competition, and the World Piano Teachers Association International Competition.
As a collaborative artist, Dr. Ge has performed in chamber concerts across major festivals and universities, including the North Star New Music Festival, Schlern International Music Festival, and the Global Summer Institute of Music. She has also worked extensively with opera companies, coaching over 30 full productions to date.
Dr. Ge’s teaching blends innovation and inclusion. Her Universal Design-based pedagogy has received recognition for removing access barriers in group piano instruction. She currently serves on the faculty of Collaborative Piano at Eastern New Mexico University and is based in Port St. Lucie, Florida, where she resides with her family and actively engages with the South Florida arts community.
