Bio
When I was about 7 or 8 years old I was drawing with colored pencils all over the wall in my bedroom behind the door. When my mother found it she wasn't too happy. But it was the beginning of me expressing myself through my art. I continued with my deep interests in all kinds of art through my elementary middle, and high school, experimenting with all kinds of media. I tried them all and my favorite medium is the Ebony pencil. In high school, I had an awakening and realized that I had some art talent. My mentor, high school teacher and I are still friends after all these years.
He helped me to realize my potential and broadened my artistic horizons. I expanded my art knowledge at the Florida School of the Arts in all mediums, but I particularly liked photography and airbrush painting. While in college, life happened and I took a thirty-year break from my art, and now, I am being encouraged by my high school art teacher/dad and mom to get back into it. I feel like an infant starting out all over again with my art.
