I have been art quilting for 5 years. After pursuing several creative endeavors, I discovered my passion, Art Quilting. The creative exhilaration I felt was transformative; closing my eyes and imagining the project, hand dying the fabric, and quilting it all together fulfilled my artistic expression.

Each piece I’ve created has come from a personal meaning to me and has a story to tell. I often venture beyond my comfort zone and find that I’m challenging myself as an Artist and a person. If necessary, I’m always willing to start over and have found this to be the greatest lesson of all, learning to be gentle and patient with myself and to never settle for results that are less than I’d hoped for.
