Faye Hedera is a visual artist and composer local to Florida’s treasure coast. She strives to capture emotion within portraits to illustrate a personal version of what it means to be a sensual, curious, and open woman. The expressions in the faces of her subjects are an avenue for her to transform feelings of fear, shame and confusion into those of courage, dignity and clarity. She invites the viewer to experience the mirror image of an interior world that is evolving and, hopefully, offers a sense of calm and beauty.
