Mosaic Birdbath

Create a piece of art that lives outside in this nature-inspired mosaic workshop! In this class, you’ll design a 16” round birdbath using vibrant glass and tile—perfect for brightening up your garden, patio, or front porch. You’ll learn essential mosaic techniques from cutting and arranging to grouting. Mosaics often take longer than expected, so it may take longer than five hours to complete your project. This is a very large, time consuming project, so prepare to come back for another session. Your fee covers any additional time it takes you to finish, as well as a light lunch for this session. You may grout your piece in the studio after the curing period (48 hours) or, you may pay an additional fee to have me grout for you. All supplies included—just bring your inspiration.
