Flamingo Suncatchers

In this luminous workshop, you’ll create a 3-inch round mosaic suncatcher that catches the light and tells a tiny story. Using stained glass in a range of rich, radiant colors, you’ll learn how to cut and shape pieces to form a small, intentional image within your design. All materials provided. No experience necessary—just bring your creativity and love of color. You’ll learn essential mosaic techniques from cutting and arranging to grouting. Mosaics often take longer than expected, so it may take longer than three hours to complete your project. Your fee covers any additional time it takes you to finish. You may grout your piece in the studio after the curing period (48 hours) or, you may pay an additional fee to have me grout for you. All supplies included—just bring your inspiration.
