DESCRIPTION:Dive deeper into the art of mosaic in this immersive workshop focused on creating a 5″x5″ glass-on-glass trinket box. Using layers of transparent and textured stained glass\, you’ll design a luminous\, light-passing artwork.\nWhether abstract or image-based\, your piece will be beautiful and ready to hold all of your trinkets.\nYou’ll learn essential mosaic techniques from cutting and arranging to grouting. Mosaics often take longer than expected\, so it may take longer than three hours to complete your project. Your fee covers any additional time it takes you to finish.\nYou may grout your piece in the studio after the curing period (48 hours) or\, you may pay an additional fee to have me grout for you.
